What medical certificates should be provided?
Xray is one of the stated requirements.
You should also provide other medical certificates when you have other conditions like asthmas, hypertension or other medical illnesses.
Other Notes:
The medical certificates must be less than three months old but if you already previously submitted a
medical certificate, you can use it for three years.
